Appearances Can Be Deceiving
Surikizu stands at a towering height of 6 foot 3 inches, his pale brown,
left eye skims the horizon carefully. He is a lean yet muscular man,
allowing him speed and dexterity over more beefy opponents. His skin is
pale and veiny, due to a major lack of exposure to the sun from the heavy
mist that covers the land. His lips are thin with a slightly pointed chin.
His jawline is prominent. He wears his hair to cover his right eye for
unknown reasons, his hair is long and unkempt, aside from the obviously
intentional coverage of his right eye. If one managed to remove him from
his kimono, they'd notice a black marking on his left shoulder fusing a
tomoe and magatama for sheer aesthetics.

simple, matching pants and sandals.
My True Form
Surikizu is a very quiet person. He prefers to be alone, yet works well
when in a team. He is a very calculating and tactical person. He tends to
be fairly awkward around females, especially attractive ones, this is due
to his low exposure to them. He generally reads story books and history,
however he is a very covert owner of a Make Out book. He generally
won't talk about much, and when he does Suri will usually just talk
about the weather or jutsu. He is reclusive by nature and rarely will
open up, he doesn't avoid conversation, he just doesn't enjoy it, unless
someone poses a threat, Surikizu will stay around.

Type- Doujutsu, Offensive, Supplementary
Element- Water Release on Blood (Blood Release?)
Description- Almost always appears in the left eye. Surikizu is the sole
exception, and it is unknown why.
Stage 1:
Unlocked on the first memorable loss of blood from the user. The pupil
shrinks and the sclera become a deep blood red. Permits view of an enemy's
circulatory system on skin-on-skin contact.
Stage 2:
Unlocked on the first memorable drawing of blood from an enemy by the user.
The pupils dilate then split into a narrow 6 pointed star, where each prong
widens like a feline pupil. The sclera's bloodshot becomes more obvious.
Grants the user vision of an enemy's circulatory system without contact.
Stage 3:
Unlocked upon the first killing committed by the user, cause of death must

Rank- A
Type- Offensive
Element- Blood Release
Description- The signature Chi Me technique. Upon a large drawing of blood
or mixing of the enemy's and the owner of the Chi Me's blood, the user can
manipulate blood in the enemy's body. This is an extremely taxing jutsu
that also requires mass amounts of focus. The Chi Me itself will bleed
furiously and vision in that eye will recede from excessive use.
What's Past Is Past
Pre-Genin Years: Surikizu was born as the first, and last child his parents would have. His mother died shortly after his birth due to unknown complications. He and his father, Hayate, had a stressed relationship, as his father blamed Surikizu for his mother's death. They lived at odds for quite some time, and he is the reason that Surikizu defected from Kirikagure.
Genin Years: Surikizu effortlessly soared through the basic training in the village. His relationship with his father became even more toxic over time, as his father before him obtained the Chi Me, but Hayate didn't. Surikizu spent many a night worried about what his father might do if he obtained the Chi Me.
Chuunin into Jounin Years: During the Chuunin exams, Surikizu suffered a very large gash in his left forearm, and he unlocked his first stage of the Chi Me. Rather than honor, he was mortified, but he had to progress. With the new vision he obtained, every punch he could see the veins and arteries in his enemy's body. Within the next couple of fights in the final tournament, he had unlocked the second stage of his Chi Me, yet it appeared in the right eye rather than the regular left.
Surikizu returned home to an enraged father, now that his son who took his wife had become even stronger than he. A day after Surikizu returned, his father began his incessant screaming at Surikizu for evidently no reason outside of jealousy. Eventually, Surikizu proved his worth and was promoted to Jounin. He was not yet assigned a 3 Genin team. His father, in a drunken rage one very stormy night, his father assaulted him. Surikizu knew that his father wouldn't relent and when he drew a knife, Surikizu threw a kunai at his own father's neck and grazed his carotid artery just enough to rupture it and cause it to gush blood. He was dead in minutes, and Surikizu unlocked his final Chi Me, but nearly nobody would accept Suri's story, so he fled.
Surikizu now lives as a fugitive, a man who had to kill his own father for his own life is in exile, yet he seeks no revenge. He is incredibly uninformed on the world around him, as he lives on a day by day basis. He quite literally has no idea what is going on outside of his neck of the woods.
Look Out World, I've Arrived
"Halt!"
Birds fluttered their wings and took flight from the sudden yell. Another Jounin was sent out to try and capture Surikizu. The two were caught in a chase throughout the trees. Surikizu yawned as he continued his escape plan, as he'd rather just lose them than kill them.
"You do know you're not going to catch me, right?" He casually called behind to the man pursuing, not expecting a response. He jumped down and began running to a lake that he knew was nearby. He stepped onto the lake into the center of it, waiting for the jounin to follow.
And so they did. They circled eachother on the lake, sizing eachother up. "I don't want to hurt you." Surikizu said calmly. "I'd really rather you just leave." The Kirikagure Jounin took no heed to the statement and charged Suri. In the moment, Suri uncovered his right eye and activated his Stage 3 Chi Me. His pupil distorted then extended out, turning blood red in the instant of activation, his sclera turns pitch black.
"One more chance." He spoke, extending his right arm out. The Kirikagure Jounin continued his charge. "Very well then." With his left hand he slipped it into his pouch and thrust it at the chest of his opponnent, the speed of the moment was far too much for Suri's enemy to react to, and the kunai hit its mark.
"How unfortunate." Surikizu spoke as he relaxed his body as the enemy sunk into the water slowly, the kunai jutting out of his heart. He casually walked off into the woods once more, awaiting the next battle that was sure to come.
A sigh left his lips.
